civil servant, graduate of the Faculty of Geography and Regional Studies at the University of Warsaw. He completed postgraduate studies in the Administration EU Funds and Public Relations and Strategic Communication in Companies at the Warsaw School of Economics. He graduated from the Master of Business Administration programme at the Warsaw School of Business.

He has almost 20 years of experience in government administration, where he has passed through all its career levels – from inspector to department director. He has worked at the Ministry of Environment, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy.
