The PISA (Programme for International Student Assessment) survey is conducted by an international consortium overseen by OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) and representatives of member countries.
It is the largest international survey of pupils’ skills in the world, conducted every three years in all OECD member countries, as well as in dozens of other countries. Poland has participated in it from the very beginning, i.e. since 2000.
Since 2013, by decision of the Ministry of National Education, the survey in our country has been conducted by the Educational Research Institute.
