A look into the future!

A conference on the qualifications and skills of Poles combining different perspectives: education, work and digitalisation will be held on March 19. People and institutions involved in education, the labour market, educational and career counselling and the latest technologies have been invited to join the discussion. Let's talk together, taking into account both the perspective of systemic solutions and the needs of all of us.

We will meet on March 19, 2025 at the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy in Warsaw to take a look at the competencies of Poles.

Participation in the Conference is free of charge.

We will answer the questions:

  • What do we know about our skills from the latest research and are we able to use the findings?
  • What motivates Poles to improve and acquire new competencies, and what discourages them?
  • How can we make informed and rational decisions about educational and professional development at different stages of life?
  • How do we specifically implement cooperation between institutions in order to effectively serve the development of our competencies?
  • What is the potential of the Integrated Qualifications Register and can the data it collects improve educational and career guidance?

If you are interested in education, competence development, labour market policy and digitisation―this event is for you!

During the conference, you will:

  • Learn about the results of the latest research on the skills of Poles and find out where to get information about this;
  • Take part in expert discussions and panels on the future of education, the labour market and educational and vocational guidance;
  • Find out how the Integrated Qualifications Register can support your professional development.

Among the speakers are experts in education, the labour market and public policies.
